Bookr takes the price of the service when the client books. It doesn't take a separate deposit and settle the rest later. Many artists book a paid consultation first, then book the session at its full price.
If you need a deposit now with the balance in cash on the day, Bookr isn't built for that yet. We'd rather tell you here than after you've set up.
The Starter plan is free, with no time limit and no card needed to sign up. Bookr takes a small fee on each paid booking. Pro is £49 a month and gives you the full price you set on every booking. The calculator on the pricing page shows what you would get for your own prices.
No. They open your link, pick a time and pay by card. No app and no account. You run everything from the Bookr app on your phone.
Not yet. Reminders go by email, 24 hours before and again 2 hours before. Text reminders aren't live, and we would rather say so than let you find out later.
No. Bookr is card-only, and clients pay when they book. If a lot of your clients pay cash at the chair or on the doorstep, Bookr probably isn't the right fit.
Add your services and hours in the app, then swap the link in your Instagram bio and on Google. Most people have their page up in an afternoon. You can run both side by side for a week while regulars move over.
