Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 14 June 2026

We want everyone to be able to find a business and book an appointment on Bookr, whatever device they use and however they navigate the web. This statement explains what we've done to make that possible, where we know we still fall short, and how to get help if any part of the site doesn't work for you.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across our public website and booking flow. We treat AA as the standard to work towards, and we build and test new pages with it in mind. Accessibility isn't a one-off project for us — it's part of how we design and review changes, and we improve things continuously.

What's in place

Today, the Bookr website includes the following:

Known limitations

We're being honest about where we know there's room to improve. We're actively working on these:

Need help booking another way?

If any part of the site stops you completing a booking, you don't have to struggle with it. Email support@mybookr.app, tell us the business and the time you'd like, and we'll make the booking for you. We're happy to help by email and to find the format that works best for you.

Found a barrier or have an idea for how we could do better? We genuinely want to hear it. Email support@mybookr.app with "Accessibility" in the subject and as much detail as you can — the page, your browser or device, and what went wrong. We'll acknowledge your message within 2 working days.

Feedback and how we review this statement

Your feedback directly shapes what we fix next, so please do get in touch. We review this accessibility statement and re-check the site against WCAG 2.1 AA every 6 months, and sooner whenever we make a significant change to the booking flow. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent review.
