Booksy is a flat monthly fee plus a charge for each extra user. Bookr has a free plan and one paid plan, with no per-user pricing. Here's the honest comparison.
Booksy charges a monthly subscription whether you have a busy month or a quiet one, and more for each extra user. For a busy shop with steady takings that can be the cheaper model.
Bookr starts at £0 a month and takes a small fee on each paid booking instead, so a quiet month costs you less. Pro is £49 a month for unlimited staff, and on Pro you get the full price you set on every booking.

Add your services and hours in the app, then swap the link in your Instagram bio and on Google. Most people have their page up in an afternoon. You can run both side by side for a week while regulars move over.
Not yet. Reminders go by email, 24 hours before and again 2 hours before. Text reminders aren't live, and we would rather say so than let you find out later.
No. Bookr is card-only, and clients pay when they book. If a lot of your clients pay cash at the chair or on the doorstep, Bookr probably isn't the right fit.
