Every Bookr business has its own booking page at mybookr.app/their-name. You'll usually arrive via a link the business shared — in their bio, on their website, or in a message.
Choose your service, then tap any green slot to select a date and time. Fill in your name and email — that's all that's needed to hold the booking.
A confirmation email lands immediately with everything you need — date, time, service, and a secure link to manage your booking. No login required to cancel or reschedule.
No. You can book as a guest with just your name and email. If you'd like to manage all your bookings in one place, you can optionally create a free Bookr account.
Use the "Manage booking" link in your confirmation email. This opens your booking directly — no login needed. Check the business's cancellation policy before you cancel, as some businesses have a notice window.
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from support@mybookr.app. If it's not there after a few minutes, contact our support team with your name and the business name.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. Bookr never stores your card details; everything is handled securely by Stripe at checkout.
After your appointment, you'll receive a review request by email. You can also return to your booking confirmation page and use the review link there.
